How Nepal Buyers Handle OVNF Wholesale Reorder Program

How a first order usually runs

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Nepal shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Comparing quotations the professional way

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Nepal

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

Retail feedback from Nepal repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new ovnf wholesale listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.

Quality control is not a slogan here. Cells are voltage-sorted, e-liquid batches are bench-checked, and an AQL sample from every ovnf wholesale carton run is inspected before the container doors close - the summary ships with the paperwork.
