OVNF Wholesale Customs Clearance Notes for Romania Trade Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

For online sellers in Romania, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new ovnf wholesale listing go live the day stock arrives.

Compliance paperwork for Romania imports

Battery shipments follow applicable transport regulation: cells are packed at safe state-of-charge, cartons carry the proper marks, and documentation accompanies the goods. Forwarders familiar with lithium-ion consumer goods consistently clear our shipments without the delays that hit poorly documented competitors.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Romania order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Practical checklist

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Production begins with incoming inspection: cells are sorted for capacity and internal resistance, e-liquid batches are verified for nicotine content and density, and structural components are checked against the approved sample. Only released materials reach the ovnf wholesale line.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Romania seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a ovnf wholesale opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Romania launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
